Jaden is JMR’s CEO. Jaden started JMR in 2019 with the hopes of the company becoming a full-family company. One by one his dream has been coming true. Jaden enjoys working directly with clients, bringing the visions of their dream homes to life with both quality work and high-end finishes. Jaden was born and raised in Southe Utah and graduated from Dixie High School. He then served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Los Angeles California. Afterward, he attended Dixie State University where he earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Jaden loves sports and spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Jeff is our Head Contractor as well as a part owner of JMR and also the owner of JMR’s custom cabinetry shop. With over 3 decades of construction experience ranging from framing to finish carpentry to custom cabinetry, Jeff has perfected his craft as an artist with woodworking. Working in conjunction with JMR his cabinet shop gives our clients high- end finishes only seen in magazines. Besides his family, Jeff knows and loves two things. His wood shop and the St. Louis Cardinals. Jeff is the Father of 6 wonderful kids and thoroughly enjoys building homes with his wife and sons.
Marlo is the Creative Director for JMR as well as a part owner.
She has been in the home design industry for over 3 decades. From start to finish, she enjoys assisting homeowners as their visions come to life. While respecting traditional design principles she seeks to be on the cutting edge of design, bringing new ideas and concepts to clients and helping them create a space that is unique and specific to themselves. Marlo is a mother of 6 wonderful kids. She enjoys doing custom design, crafting, watching baseball with Jeff, and spending time with her kids.
Morgan is our Operations Director for JMR with just under five years of construction experience. The majority of his experience comes from running JMR’s custom cabinetry shop alongside his father Jeff. Now within his new role in construction management Morgan enjoys the possibilities home building can bring and the experiences he shares working alongside his dad and brothers. Morgan was born and raised in Southern Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School and attended Dixie State University earning his associate’s degree. Morgan is a music enthusiast and enjoys spending time outside. Whether it’s mountain biking, hiking, or just spending time with family he loves to be out.
Dylan is a Superintendent for JMR with over a decade of construction experience. Within the industry, Dylan has experience in both subcontracting and construction management. His favorite part of Home Building is seeing a project through from start to finish. The reality that a piece of dirt was transformed into a beautiful home is both motivating and awesome. Dylan was born and raised in Southern Utah and graduated from Dixie High School. He thoroughly loves riding his Harley and a long drive in his truck. His right hand man is his dog River. The two enjoy days at the lake, time out in the desert, and spending time with family.
Landon is a Superintendent for JMR with over two decades of construction experience. Within the industry, Landon has honed his craft as a master carpenter. In his opinion, the woodwork within the home is what brings the home to life. In his words “being able to review the client’s vision for their space and then deliver is both satisfying and rewarding.” Landon was born and raised in Southern Utah. He enjoys spending time with his sweetheart listening to live music and spending time at the beach. In his free time, he likes tinkering with electronics and building custom home theaters. Like many in Southern Utah, he uses summertime to take his family out on his boat for wakeboarding and water fun.

The timeline for all our custom builds is largely determined by the size of the project and the scope of work. Our design + build process opens the doors for our clients to move at a pace that suits their needs. In recent years material shortages have halted the progress of many home builds. As we head to a more sustainable material supply we plan with our clients on spending one to three months on their home design and plans, and six to twelve months on their home build.
We desire to deliver on every aspect of your custom home build. To do so we work hand and hand with our clients throughout the entire process. Trust, transparency, communication, and respect are key to a successful project.
Ultimately we can work with you either way. Depending on the type of project and desired outcome your land purchase will vary. When choosing your land you will want to make sure it meets all your criteria; price, location, views, size, build-ability, etc… With that being said our preferred process would be to assist you in finding that property that checks all your boxes ensuring a smooth transition into our design process.
Our design + build process is very detailed and individual. We focus on beginning with the end in mind. Starting on establishing a budget first, then creating a home plan to fit that budget. Far too often this is done in reverse which is a guaranteed way to go over budget forcing home owners to either choose paying more for their home or skimping on the things they really wanted. Because of this, we do not price our projects by the square foot. Rather we work directly with our clients focusing on their price point and desired outcome. Doing so offers a far better experience for the homeowner and builder alike.
